Internal assessment is a continuous evaluation process that accounts for a significant portion of the final result. It includes assignments, seminars, unit tests, and practical components.
Regular unit-wise tests conducted throughout the semester to assess understanding of each topic.
Written assignments, case studies and micro-teaching projects evaluated by faculty.
Students present topics to develop communication, research, and subject knowledge skills.
Submission of lesson plans, observation records, and practical exercise notebooks.
Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for eligibility to appear in semester examinations.

The Women Grievance Cell operates as a confidential redressal body to address any complaints, concerns or grievances faced by women on campus. All matters are handled sensitively and with complete confidentiality.
Submit a written complaint to the Principal or Women Cell committee member. Anonymous complaints are also accepted.
Presided by a senior woman faculty member with student representatives and external experts as needed.

Download PDFGurukul College of Education maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against ragging in any form. The Anti-Ragging Committee ensures a safe and supportive environment for all students.
Any act of physical or mental abuse, teasing, treating or handling a student in an undignified manner at the institution or elsewhere constitutes ragging and is strictly prohibited under UGC and Supreme Court guidelines.
Students found guilty of ragging are liable for severe punishment including expulsion from the institution, suspension, and legal action.
Any form of ragging — physical, verbal, or online — is strictly prohibited on and off campus.
Students can report incidents to the Principal, Anti-Ragging Committee or the UGC national helpline 1800-180-5522.
Every student and parent must submit a signed anti-ragging undertaking at the time of admission.
Penalties include cancellation of admission, suspension, withholding results, and FIR registration as per IPC.

The Anti-Ragging Committee is constituted as per the directives of the Honourable Supreme Court of India and UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009.
